    Roisin Murphy
    Mark Brydon
Albums include 'Do You Like My Tight Sweater' (1997)
'I Am Not A Doctor' (1998) and 'Things To Make And Do' (2000)
Roisin's name is unusual (pronounced Rosheen).
The duo was formed when Roisin met Mark and used the pick-up line 'Do you like my tight sweater? See how it fits my body.' Mark felt that could be something.
Mark TRIED to sing on the song 'Somebody Somewhere,' and failed miserably.
Their albums are difficult to find.
Roisin's name means 'little rose' and she is from Ireland.
Their trademark song, 'Sing It Back,' was number #1 on the U.S. billboard dance charts and has been featured on over 100 compilation albums.
Roisin is a good performer for someone who had not sang outside of a shower before joining with Mark.
It is possible that singer Macy Gray might have borrowed Roisin's style.
