All of the members have stage names.
All of the members were kicked out of Catholic School.
They claim they are not a religious band, yet their song ‘Chapter Four’ is based on the Bible’s Book of Genesis and their band name comes from the story of Cain and Abel.
They performed on the Vans’ Warped Tour.
Their lyrics are based around themes such as suicide, betrayal, and the Apocalypse.
They are all tattooed.
They have several piercing.
They wear black eye make-up.
Why they might not be annoying
Their song, ‘Bat Country’ was a surprise hit on MTV's ‘TRL.’
They have been featured in several EA Sports video games.
Zacky plays guitar left-handed.
Their first album was recorded when the band members were just 18.
Gates is also a talented jazz guitarist, and studied jazz at the Musician's Institute, in Hollywood.
‘Betrayed’ is a tribute to Dimebag Darrell.
