Why he might be annoying:

    He lost his job as a boy soprano when his voice changed.
    When he was an organist at the Chapel-Royal, he snuck people into the organ loft for cash.
    When administrators found out, he lost his salary.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He died at age 36.
    Some believe he was poisoned.
    Others believe he died from a chill he caught when his wife locked him out of the house overnight.
    He was one of the greatest English composers who ever lived.
