Why Celebrity Boxing might be annoying:

Three words: ‘William Perry shirtless.'
Many of the boxers advertised for GoldenPalace.com by having it temporarily tattooed on their back.
It stole the idea of having similar celebrities fight each other from MTV's ‘Celebrity Deathmatch.'
It inspired even lamer shows like ‘Celebrity Stuntmen.'
T.V. Guide ranked it as the 6th worst show of all time.
Joey Buttafuoco used a lot of cheap shots, so he could win a fight against a woman.

Why Celebrity Boxing might not be annoying:

It gave you a chance to see Vanilla Ice get his ass kicked.
It received very high ratings.
The official ‘Celebrity Boxing' website had a free online game, so you could beat up celebrities as much as you wanted.
They got Michael Buffer to shout his catch phrase ‘Let's get ready to rumble!' before every fight.
It was spoofed in ‘Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star.'
