Why she might be annoying:

    Before becoming an actress, she was a waitress, worked gutting trout (while a vegetarian) and packed peanuts.
    She is quite secretive of her personal life and so little is known about her.
    Due to the massive success of 'The Office,' she may only be remembered for her role as Dawn.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She is the daughter of comedian Jasper Carrott, but chose to keep the fact a secret so as not to be riding on the coat tails of his success.
    She is very close to her family, citing them as the most important thing in her life.
    She has a wide acting range, appearing in genres from comedy to romance to period dramas.
    She eschews the standard Hollywood glamor look (paper thin) and is perfectly content with her appearance (and remains beautiful).
