She carried the reputation as a Hollywood playgirl, whose lovers included Joe Namath, George Hamilton, Mick Jagger, Roman Polanski and Englebert Humperdinck.
She embarked in an affair with a married producer just so she could star in a B-film called 'Let's Go For Broke.'
Another one of her low-budget films was directed by the same man behind 'Deep Throat.'

She suffered sexual abuse as a child.
She was bisexual.
Friends recalled her beauty and forthright nature.
After a party, she was found stabbed over thirty times and hit in the head with a blunt object.
Her killing remained unsolved over three decades, labeling her a 'disco-age Black Dahlia.'
