Why she might be annoying:

    She is best known as 'Bee Girl' from Blind Melon's 'No Rain' music video.
    When Jason Patric was introducing Blind Melon on 'Saturday Night Live,' Chris Farley was in the background making fun of the way she dances in the 'No Rain' music video.
    The band accused her of overshadowing them.
    Interestingly, it is not her picture on the cover of that self-titled CD but that of drummer Glen Graham’s sister at the same age in a school play.
    According to singer Shannon Hoon, her parents did not appreciate him undressing during the field shoot and yanked her out of ‘by the wing’ for it (ostracism, indeed).
    Eventually the Bee Girl was phased out completely, never to be heard from again.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She quickly became more popular then Blind Melon.
    She appeared in the Weird Al music video 'Bedrock Anthem.'
    Ironically, her character put the band firmly on the map.
    Her massive fan base included Madonna and Jay Leno.
    She appeared on the Tonight Show and at the end of the 1994 MTV Movie Awards, dancing away in her signature costume.
    She has managed to move on from her signature image.
