Why she might be annoying:

Her left front leg and back right leg were chewed off by her mother when she was a puppy.
When she was rescued, it appeared as if she was only missing one leg because her fur was so matted.
She was bred because breeding didn't require her to walk.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was accepted into a shelter which cares for animals with serious medical needs.
After donors contributed $200, she received a custom fitted four wheeled cart to assist her mobility.
She adjusted well to using her special cart.
After she adjusted to her cart, she was taken home by an adoptive family.
