Why Tokyo, Japan might be annoying

The subways are extremely crowded and transit officials are stationed at every stop just to push people all the way in the doors.
It experiences frequent natural disasters.

There are nearly 100 universities and colleges in the city, some of them over a century old.
Bullet trains connect the city with several other major cities.
