    Birth name was Gabrielle Rosenberg
Appeared in the film 'Kiss Me Deadly' (1955)
Appeared in episodes of 'Philco Playhouse,' 'Suspense' and 'Omnibus'

Why she might be annoying:

Despite a memorable start as the femme fatale of 'Kiss Me Deadly,' her film career failed to take off.
She turned down an offer of a ten-year contract from David O. Selznick.
She is listed as a cowriter of the Johnny Cash-June Carter Cash duet 'Jackson,' but actually had nothing to do with the song. Her then-husband, Jerry Leiber, co-wrote it and borrowed her name as a pseudonym.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her family emigrated to the Netherlands, the UK, and finally the US as refugees from Nazi Germany.
She played marbles with Ann Frank, as their families lived next door to each other in Amsterdam. (According to Gaby's sister, Anne cheated.)
She appeared on the cover of 'Cosmopolitan' (January, 1957) as 'the New Face of Broadway.'
