    The Indians traded Rocky Colavito for him, angering Indian fans.
    He chewed tobacco in the dugout as the manager of the Brewers during the 1982 season.
    He was the player who made the final out in two of Sandy Koufax's four no hitters (1963 and 1965).
    He was also the final out during Sandy Koufax's perfect game (September 9, 1965).
    He was the two time AL leader for outs made (1953-1954).
    He was fired as the manager of the Brewers after the team finished in 5th place (1983).

    During his rookie season, he recorded 167 singles and 679 at-bats (1953).
    He was a consistent hitter and led the AL in hits four times (1953-1954, 1956 and 1959).
    He retired from his playing career with 2,092 hits.
    He managed in the Brewers' first World Series appearance (1982).
    His hard hitting players in Milwaukee were nicknamed 'Harvey's Wallbangers,' as he managed players such as Robin Yount, Paul Molitor, Gorman Thomas, Ted Simmons, Ben Oglivie and Cecil Cooper.
    He has a plaque in the Milwaukee Brewers Walk of Fame at Miller Park.
