Murderer
    (August 25, 1977- )
    Born in Jabrayil, Azerbaijan
    Lieutenant in Azerbaijani army
Graduated from Turkish Military Academy (2000)
Murdered Armenian lieutenant Gurgen Margaryan at Budapest with an axe (February 19, 2004)

Released from prison and returned to Azerbaijan (August 31, 2012)
Pardoned, promoted to the rank of major, and given an apartment to live in upon arrival
There are conflicting stories over his early life back in the 90s.
He showed no remorse in killing Margaryan, even saying that his calling is to kill all Armenians.
His fellow officers were too scared to apporoach and restrain him because of the axe he wielded.
His actions intensified the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, with the latter praising him for his actions.
Armenia suspended all ties with Hungary as a result of his release.
    His eyebrows are extremely thick.
His hometown was occupied by Armenian forces and remains so to this day. (August 26, 1993)
Not all Azerbaijanis praised him for the murder, as there are a handful that condemned it.
He translated two Hungarian novels to Azeri during his sentence.
The Azerbaijani government was quick to change their views on him in response to the international criticism against his release and subsequent glorification.
