    Drafted second overall by the Atlanta Flames in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft and 23rd overall by the Houston Aeros in the 1973 WHA Amateur Draft
    Forward for the Atlanta Flames (1973-79) and the Chicago Black Hawks (1979-86)

Why he might be annoying:

    He sported a rag mop hairstyle for most of his career.
    His contributions to the Flames franchise were ignored by the team following its relocation to Calgary.
    He was traded to the Hawks in an eight player trade, which was later seen as being the deal that sunk the Atlanta Flames franchise (1979).
    He is remembered for deliberately tripping a linesman during a game (1983).
    He earned a 20 game suspension for his actions as a result.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He led the Flames in scoring during his first five years with the team.
    He was the Flames all-time leader in assists and points, prior to the relocation to Calgary.
    He served as the Flames captain for a year and a half prior to his trade to Chicago.
    He settled in the Atlanta area, long after the Flames relocated and was visible at Atlanta Thrashers games when the NHL returned to the city.
    His daughter Jessica was a contestant on the third season of 'MasterChef' and is married to NHL defenseman Justin Braun.
