    Early on, Bootsy was a clean-cut member of James Brown's band. It wasn't until he joined George Clinton, in Parliament that he became the colorfully-dressed wild man in star-shaped sunglasses that we know today.
    He released a rap video called 'Fear Da Tiger' with members of the Cincinnati Bengals.
    His earliest efforts began as a kid of 15 when he recorded 'Sex Machine' with James Brown.
    He has done countless projects and has had a loyal following throughout his life.
    He became popular with the 90's kids when he joined DeeeLite.
    He is a song writer, a vocalist, and a producer with his own production company.
    He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 (as a member of Parliament-Funkadelic).
