Football Coach
    (May 11, 1977- )
    Born in Massapequa, New York
Strength and Conditioning coach for the New York Jets (2007-2010) and Atlanta Falcons (2006)
Was a linebacker at Hofstra University
During a game between the Jets and the Miami Dolphins on December 12, 2010, he tripped Dolphins cornerback Nolan Carroll during a play, as Carroll was running by the sidelines.
He ended up being fined $25,000 and suspended without pay for the rest of the season.
Days later, he was suspended indefinitely by the team after it was revealed that he ordered players on the sideline to form a wall on that play.
Some think that he took the punishment for the wall rather than someone higher up within the organization who might have ordered him to do it.
This incident added to an already interesting 2010 Jets season.
While at Hofstra, he was arrested for assaulting some students and eventually plead guilty to harassment in the second degree.
He apologized after the game for the tripping incident.
He has an exercise science degree from Hofstra.
As a linebacker, he won all-New York State honors in high school, was on two Long Island champion teams and on two playoff teams at Hofstra.
Believe it or not, he won a good sportsmanship award from Hofstra.
