Why he might be annoying:

By his own estimate he performed 75, 000 abortions including twice on women carrying his own child.
He admitted lying about the number of illegal abortions performed every year and the number of women dying from them pre-Roe vs Wade in order to garner support for the repeal of anti-abortion laws.
He said the only thing he felt after perfoming an abortion was pride at a job well done.

Why he might not be annoying:

After many years as an abortionist, he quit the business, joined the Catholic Church and became a pro-life activist.
He frequently testifies on the behalf of plaintiffs in medical malpractice suits.
He lost his grandfather and sister to suicide.
