    (circa 1954-May 23, 2016)
Appeared (sometimes in cameos) in every Troma film directed by Lloyd Kaufman (1989-2006)
Films include ‘Terror Farmer’ (1999), ‘Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV’ (2000) and ‘Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead’ (2006)
He was morbidly obese, weighing 525 pounds at his peak.
He was billed as ‘Troma’s biggest action star.’ (Biggest – get it?)
In ‘Citizen Toxie,’ he played a character called ‘Lardass.’
A GoFundMe account opened to cover $50,000 of his medical bills raised only $931 (2014).
He was originally an extra in ‘Troma’s War’ (1989), but Kaufman liked his screen presence and increased the size of his role, then began casting him in all his productions.
He appeared in many Troma promos and short films in the place of company co-president Michael Herz (who preferred to stay out of the public eye).
He appeared over a dozen times in comedy sketches on The Late Show with David Letterman.
After suffering kidney, heart and lung failure in 2012, he went into a physical therapy program and lost 160 pounds.
