When he became king, his wife Raina, at age 28, was the youngest queen in the world

Why he might be annoying:

He collects weapons, especially ancient weapons.
He admits that he was not well trained for his job and doesn't 'have a blueprint.'

Why he might not be annoying:

Although the Eldest son of King Hussein of Jordan, he was not the heir to the throne.
Just prior to his death, King Hussein named him, his successor.
Believing that he would not be King of Jordan, he studied military at Sandhurst University in England and Foreign affairs at Georgetown in the United States.
He is a qualified frogman, freefall parachutist and pilot.
He will disguise himself with a curly wig and jeans and walk around the streets to gauge public opinion.
He, his wife and three children live in an apartment rather than any of the eight official palaces.
