Why Extreme Makeover: Home Edition might be annoying
They tend to chose families in dire situations (namely handicapped children).
Ty has to scream via a megaphone, 'Good Morning (Insert Surname) Family!!!'
Some say it is product placement for department store Sears.
Five children filed a lawsuit against ABC after they were evicted by a family that had taken them in before the show came to renovate the family's house.
There is TOO much crying on the show.
Miley Cyrus and the Jonas Brothers made appearances on the show.
Others see it as tie ins for Disney propaganda and movies.
Why Extreme Makeover: Home Edition might not be annoying
It was a spinoff of the inane 'Extreme Makeover', yet it outlasted its mother series.
It is incredulously generous for any type of television program.
Many celebrities have guest starred on the series.
They featured families who were victims of Hurricane Katrina.
It won two Emmys for Outstanding Reality Programming two years in a row.
