    He is a vegetarian.
    He was fired from Kajagoogoo after a huge disagreement (1983).
    He later claimed he was fired from Kajagoogoo because of jealousy and tension between him and the rest of the band.
    After finding success in 1984, his solo career went downhill and was never heard from again.
    Limahl is an anagram of his last name Hamill.
    His voice was one of the purest and most recognizable in the 1980s.
    His presence alone was the reason Kajagoogoo attracted so many fans.
    He had a brief and successful career as a solo music artist.
    He was famous for having a black and white spikey hairstyle during the 1980s.
    He reunited with Kajagoogoo in one of the best episodes of VH1's 'Bands Reunited.'
    He composed the title song for the cult-classic 'The NeverEnding Story.'
