He goes by the nickname 'Osh.'
He was traded by the Eskimos after he failed to reach a contract agreement with the team.
His playing career alternated between both the Ti-Cats and the Argos.
He comes off as being stoic and aloof in post-game interviews.
He looks like Zach Galifianakis when he sports a beard.

He earned three Grey Cup rings as a member of the Argonauts (1996, 1997, 2004).
He was considered a valuable presence on defense during his prime years.
He served as the Argos special teams coordinator for four years, prior to taking the Bombers head coaching job.
He was instrumental in the Bombers gradual turnaround from laughingstock to contender.
In an ironic turn of events, he was traded back to the Ti-Cats in a trade for Orlondo Steinauer, the man he would coach against in the Grey Cup game 19 years later.
