He moved to Los Angeles in the late 80's to purse a career in Hollywood.
He dropped out of one of the most important bands of the 90's two years after forming.
He left Tool because of 'creative differences.'

He was the driving force behind getting Adam Jones to join Tool.
He was the most normal looking member of Tool.
He did much of the artwork in Tool's CD booklets.
He worked on albums by Mondo Generator, the God Awfuls, Motochrist, the Distillers, the Turbo A.C.'s, Kim Fox, Franky Perez and Swinin' Utters.
