    When she had trouble losing weight, she quit Jenny Craig claiming she was lactose intolerant.
    She feuded with former Young Diva member Ricki-Lee Coulter stating 'Ricki-Lee had other things on her mind and she became half-hearted.'
    She boycotted Ricki-Lee Coulter's wedding.
    She failed in her auditions for Australian Idol series 1 and 2.
    Idol judge Mark Holden awards a 'touchdown' to a great performance. She is the only Idol winner to never earn a touchdown while Holden was a judge.
    Her debut single was knocked out of first place when 3rd place Idol Lee Harding, released his debut single 'Wasabi.'
    She was humiliated by Idol judge Kyle Sandilands saying she has 'truckshop lady arms.'
    She sang in public for the first time at age fourteen. She stated 'I was absolutely terrified. My knees were shaking, I was sweating. I was terrified. I remember it so well. It was horrible.'

    She beat Emily Williams to win Australian Idol 3 by the slimmest of margins.
    After winning Australian Idol she only took six days to record her debut album.
    Her debut single 'Maybe Tonight' immediately hit #1.
    To lose weight she became a spokesperson for Jenny Craig.
