    Full name is William Butler Yeats
    Irish poet
    Won the Nobel Prize for Literature (1923)
    Founded the Abbey theatre in Dublin
    He smoked.
    He saw other women during his marriage.
    He never forgot the time Oscar Wilde said he hated the color of Yeats's shoes.
    He had a passion for the occult.
    He suffered from low self esteem and anxiety.
    He is considered Ireland's greatest poet.
    He won the Nobel Prize (1923).
    He continued with his work despite anxiety & low self esteem.
    On his tombstone is written 'Cast a cold eye on life, on death; horseman, pass by.'
    Many of his poems reflect his love & pride of his native Ireland.
