Why he might be annoying:

He petitioned the courts to have his financial obligations to a baby he fathered discharged.
He is basing his case on the hearsay account that his ex-girlfriend told him she could not get pregnant.
He admitted to not taking any of his own precautions in preventing the pregnancy.
Long after his ex-girlfriend decided to continue her pregnancy and keep the baby, he kept insisting on putting the child up for adoption.
He wants to escape responsibility for the results of his sexual decisions.
His case coined the terms ‘Male Abortion’ and ‘Roe vs. Wade for Men.’

Why he might not be annoying:

His baby daughter Elisabeth is a cute little redhead.
His case brings about an interesting issue concerning equal post-sex reproductive rights between men and women.
He has acknowledged responsibility for causing the pregnancy and pays the required child support.
He was brave enough to appear in ‘The View’ with his story.
