Why he might be annoying:

    His father was also an Arkansas senator.
    He appeared in Bill Maher's ‘Religulous,' saying he believes in Creationism, although, the idea of evolution is feasible.
    He voted for the appointment of Alberto Gonzales as Attorney General and later asked him to resign.
    He voted against the nomination of Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court, but voted in favor of George W. Bush’s three most conservative nominees (Janice Rogers Brown, Priscilla Owen and William Pryor).
    He was one of two Democratic Senators who joined the Republican Party to defeat the repeal of 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' (September 21, 2010).

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was named one of the best members of congress.
    He showed great leadership skills forming the ‘gang of fourteen.’
    He was part of the effort that stopped Bill Frist's 'nuclear option' with filibusters.
