    (April 3, 1938- )
    Born in Los Angeles, California
Posed on the cover of 'Playboy' (September, 1960) and numerous 'men's magazines' of the early 60s
Worked as a Las Vegas showgirl and Playboy Bunny
Appeared in the softcore film 'Tonight For Sure' (1962)
Was Janet Leigh's body double for the shower scene in 'Psycho'
    Measurements: 36-24-36
She had to wear a grey wig to cover her red hair for the shower scene.
She violated Playboy Club rules by dating a customer (who was rumored to be a mobster).
She burned all her old glamour photos at the instigation of her jealous first husband.
She was widely reported to have been raped and murdered in 1988 by handyman Kenneth Dean Hunt.
Hunt had actually killed Myra Davis, who had been Leigh's (clothed) stand-in, used while checking lighting set-ups in 'Psycho.'
Some sources then claimed that Marli Renfro was Myra Davis' screen name.
She graduated high school a year early.
One of the photographers who worked with her said, 'Even in a city swarming with beautiful girls, it's rare to find one with such all-round physical perfection.'
She had an uninhibited attitude towards nudity.
She appeared in only two movies, but between them she was in one of Hitchcock's signature scenes and Francis Ford Coppola's directorial debut.
Hitchcock initially denied using a body double for Leigh, but eventually admitted than any shot where you cannot see Leigh's face is one of Renfro.
True-crime author Robert Graysmith determined that Renfro and Davis are definitely two different people and noted about Renfro, 'It turns out she's been so busy fishing in Utah, hiking in Alaska, swimming with dolphins in Florida and generally living life to the full that she had no idea she was meant to be dead.'
