Why he might be annoying:

    He once spat on a cop car after being given a ticket.
    He smokes cigarettes.
    The name he calls his hair-style is 'The Poodle.'
    When he first joined The Strokes he wasn't so good. He claim that he practiced so hard that he ran out of fingertips, so he super-glued his fingers, stuck them to his arms and ripped them off to have skin.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He attended New York University Film School.
    He learned how to play the guitar at only 9 years old.
    His father, Albert Hammond is a famous singer/songwriter.
    Some of his influences include Buddy Holly, The Ramones and The Velvet Underground.
    He really wanted to start something in music after he saw a show on the life of Buddy Holly in London, England.
    He is known for getting into live performances by jumping on bandmate, Fabrizio's drum platform and jumping off the stage.
    He met lead singer, Julian at a school he attended in Switzerland.
