Why she might be annoying:

She is divorced.
She met Wilson while he was separated from his wife.
Robert Novak claimed everyone knew she worked for the CIA, calling it an open secret.
After her activities were made public, she was no longer able to be an effective CIA employee.
She told her story in Vanity Fair's 'Double Exposure' (January 2004).

Why she might not be annoying:

Her husband wrote in an op-ed piece to the NY Times that the Bush administration was lying about weapons of mass destruction (July 6, 2003).
Columnist Robert Novak exposed her as a CIA 'operative.'
Novak wrote 'Wilson never worked for the CIA, but his wife, Valerie Plame, is an Agency operative on weapons of mass destruction.' (July 14, 2003).
Novak continued 'Two senior administration officials told me.'
Novak retracted 'operative' to 'employee' and 'administration' to government.
The Bush administration has been accused of making her a victim as punishment for her husband's article.
The Justice department continues to investigate who leaked her name to the press.
Lawrence O'Donnell on the the McLaughlin Group stated the source was Karl Rove (July 1, 2005).
