Why he might be annoying:

He was traded from St. Louis to Calgary after he was charged with sexual assault (the charges were later dropped).
He did some silly milk commercials.
His final game ended as a Leaf when he took a knee-on-knee hit from Calgary forward Dave Lowry.
His nickname is 'Killer.'
He wore #9 in St. Louis and #39 in Calgary before wearing #93 in Toronto, it become his trademark number.
He played for over ten years before becoming an all-star caliber player.

He was a fan favorite in Toronto, and is among the franchise's best players.
He is a natural leader on and off the ice.
He helped the Flames win the Stanley Cup (1989).
