    Worse, he had a very public fling with Paris Hilton where Hilton publicly said she wanted to marry him.
    He was part of Extra's 'Mantourage' with host Mario Lopez and Bill Bellamy.
    He got into a skirmish at a club with DJ Steve Angello's security guards attempting to defend Paris Hilton's 'honor.'
    He contributed $2,000 to the Presidential campaigns of George W. Bush (2003) and pain in the ass Rudy Giuliani (2007).

Why he might not be annoying:

    Although passing on USC, he ended up studying political science at Pepperdine University.
    His minor league baseball career was hampered by injuries.
    He claims he never watched the MTV reality show 'The Hills' before joining the cast.
    He owned his own cell phone company.
    At least he got Paris Hilton to consider the possibility of settling down and getting married.
