Died in Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia after slipping into a coma

Why he might be annoying:

He spent much of his pro career in the IHL (International Hockey League) with the now defunct Orlando Solar Bears.
He played a combined 13 games in his first two seasons in the NHL after making his debut.
He went by the name Dan, which kept him from having the exact same name as Washing Redskins owner, Daniel Snyder.
He had a career plus minus of -7.
He looked like Bam Margera.

Why he might not be annoying:

He had crystal clear blue eyes.
After the initial impact of the car hitting the wall, he was ejected from the car, which split in half because of the force of the impact.
He suffered a fractured skulls, internal brain injuries and wound up slipping into a coma, which lead to his death.
The OHL (Ontario Hockey League) renamed their Humanitarian of the Year award the 'Dan Snyder Memorial Trophy' (November 21, 2003).
