Why he might be annoying:

After his father died he had his body frozen, despite the objections of his half sister.
This also went against Ted's will, which asked to be cremated.
His half sister suggests that he told her that he wanted to freeze Ted because he wanted to sell his DNA.
Ted's head would eventually be decapitated.
In Ted's final years alive he forced Ted to make frequent autograph sessions for the sake of making money for himself.
He had an embarrassing minor league baseball career.
He only played in the minor leagues to begin with thanks to who he was.
He was in his thirties when he started playing minor league baseball.
He was ranked number one in Espn.com's list of 'Sports' Most Harmful Relatives.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He wanted to play baseball as a part of his increased relationship with his aging father.
He became close with his father after not being able to see him for most of his life.
