Why he might be annoying
He shot his pregnant wife while driving home with her from a childbirth class.
His baby had to be delivered via C-section and later died of blood deprivation.
He then told police that a black gunman had killed his wife.
The Boston police force began to arrest random black males on the street.
After several months, detectives began to suspect Stuart was the real killer.
Before the murder, he had bought an unusual amount of life insurance on his wife.
As an investigation closed in, he threw himself from the Tobin Bridge to avoid prosecution (January 4, 1990).
His brother later confessed to helping Stuart hide the murder weapon.
