Only son and youngest child of Tzar Nicholas II and Tzarina Alexandra Feodorovna of Russia
Was thought to have survived the 1918 murders of his family

Why he might be annoying:

His parents doted on him and gave him everything he wanted.
He had his own room and playroom, whereas his four sisters had to share a room.
He was known to whine when he didn't get his way.
He had long curly hair from the time he was a baby to three years old, looking like a girl.
His grandmother favored him over his sisters.
His family had to get a sex-crazed sadistic monk named Rasputin, who had mystical powers, to keep Alexei alive.
His nickname was Alexei the Terrible.

He was born with hemophilia and could not enjoy much of his childhood activities because of it.
He was very close to his older sister Anastasia.
He was only 13 when he died.
He was killed for no reason.
He was the last legal heir to the Russian throne.
