    He was a violent brute.
    His rich friends often bribed police to get him out of jail.
    He killed a man who beat him at tennis.
    He was exiled from Rome for murder.
    He shocked the public with his violent and sexual imagery.
    He is always called ‘Caravaggio,’ even though that was his home town, not his name.
    He was a painter named Michelangelo, but not the famous one.
    He painted a picture of a man getting checked for head lice.
    Even though he wasn’t as famous as the real Michelangelo, he was still pretty famous.
    His art influenced many other painters.
    He painted in a realistic style, which was unusual for the time.
    He died of a fever at 36.
