    Forward for the Washington Capitals (1995-98), Nashville Predators (1998-99), Atlanta Thrashers (1999-2001), Minnesota Wild (2001-05, 2008-11), Colorado Avalanche (2005-08) and the Chicago Blackhawks (2011-12)

    He rotated back and forth between the Capitals and their farm affiliate in Portland, Maine.
    He spent much of his prime years on expansion teams.
    His NHL career was virtually uneventful until he signed with the second-year Wild.
    Despite his accomplishments in the Ontario Hockey League, he was a late round draft choice.
    His surname is a term to describe brown haired women.

    He scored the first goal in Nashville Predators franchise history.
    He scored the last goal on Patrick Roy in overtime which helped the Wild win their first playoff series (2003).
