Why he might be annoying
He was a high school bully until he dropped out to pursue a life of petty crime.
By the time he was 21, he had been arrested 13 times.
After his arrival in Las Vegas, the murder rate shot up 70%.
He tortured one victim by putting his head in a vise and tightening it until his eye popped out.
He tortured another victim by hanging him on a meat hook, breaking his knees with a hammer and shocking him in the genitals with a cattle prod.
He violated the Chicago Outfit's rules by sleeping with the wife of casino executive Frank Rosenthal.
Why he might not be annoying
He provided a practical answer to the question Three Stooges fans always wondered: What would happen to Curly if Moe really did put his head in a vise?
When he and his brother were whacked by the mob, they were beaten so severely they could only be identified by their dental records.
They were then buried alive in a cornfield.
