She often wears too much make up.
She bad mouthed many celebrities and made a lot of enemies while working as a gossip columnist for the Daily Telegraph.
She had petty feuds going on with other newspaper writers while working for the Daily Telegraph.
She named her twins Maximus and Matisse.
She was fired from her job at the Daily Telegraph and neither party has ever explained why.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was a pleasant change from the usual aging busybody gossip columnists.
She was not a hypocrite and subjected herself to the same exposure she heaped on other celebrities.
When international celebrities impressed her during their time in Sydney, she would nominate them as honorary Sydneysiders.
She ranked 92nd (2002) in FHM Australia’s 100 Sexiest Women.
