    Manager for the Uruguay National Football Team (1974-75) and Club Atlético Peñarol (1975-76)

    His pale skin complexion, along with the fact he was skinny made him appear to look as if he were sick.
    Despite being a fixture on the Uruguay National Football Team, he left to play for the Italians in international competition during the second half of his career.
