    Birth name was Erderlyi Tamas
    Drummer for the Ramones (1974-77)
    Played on the albums 'The Ramones' (1976), 'Leave Home' (1977) and 'Rocket to Russia' (1977)
    Produced the albums 'Too Tough to Die' for the Ramones, 'Tim' for the Replacements and 'Neurotica' for Redd Kross
    Formed a bluegrass duo, Uncle Monk

Why he might be annoying:

    He was originally the band's manager and became the drummer only because none of the other Ramones wanted the job.
    Dee Dee and Johnny denied that he influenced the band's sound.
    He has compared the Ramones to a cult and noted, 'I was fairly normal before I got into the band!'
    During the band's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he sat at a separate table from the other Ramones.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was a studio intern during the production of the Jimi Hendrix album 'Band of Gypsys.'
    Part of the reason he became estranged from the rest of the Ramones was that he was much less dysfunctional than the other band members.
    He said of the other Ramones downplaying his contributions, 'The problem was they were always afraid that if I got any credit, I would get all the credit, which is ridiculous.'
    He said of his status as the last survivor of the Ramones' original line-up, 'It's too awesome and bizarre to really deal with.'
