He wears belly shirts (see picture).
He dyes his hair and goatee blue, and sometimes even puts on blue powder.
During his years in ECW and WWF, he didn't hold a single title.
He made a skit with Steven Richards called 'The Blair Bytch Project,' making fun of Sable.
The skit was never shown due to a lawsuit.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was given his ring name by Raven, in honor of the cartoon character in the Beatles' 'Yellow Submarine.'
He had a stable in ECW called the Blue World Order (bWo) that made fun of nWo.
He was fired from the WWF just months after his arrival, but was brought back due to an internet campaign by his fans.
He lost 115 pounds between 1998 and 2000, going from 380 pounds to 265 pounds.
He started his own wrestling corporation, 3PW.
He had a short but memorable storyline with Goldust, in which he first feuded with him and then helped him win his matches.
