Their motto is 'blood in, blood out.' This means that to get in, you must stab a random person until you draw blood from that person and to get out, your fellow members stab you to death.
All their members have tattoos.

Most of their founding fathers are in jail.
Gang violence has dropped since the mid 1990's.
