    Also known as Fujita Goro
    Captain of the third troop of the Shinsengumi

Why he might be annoying:

    He fought for the last Tokugawa Shogan and lost.
    He was introvert and mysterious.
    His life is very obscure and somewhat contradictory.
    He conducted espionage for the Shinsengumi.
    After the Boshin War, he took up a new name and became a Police Officer.
    He died from a stomach ulcer after years of constant drinking.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He was one of the most powerful swordsmen in the Shinsengumi.
    He has the strongest left-handed sword thrust in the Shusengumi.
    He's left-handed.
    He was one of few Shinsengumi to survive the Boshin War.
    He was a 'hero' for killing several corrupt members of the Shinsengumi and the police.
    He is a very popular character in several anime and manga series like 'Rurouni Kenshin.'
    He goes by the philosophy 'Aku Soku Zan' or 'Kill Evil Swiftly.'
    He was able to carry a katana in public through special permission.
