    Notable singles are 'Never Said I Loved You,' 'Eyes of a Stranger' and 'It Must Be Love' as a member of the Payolas and 'I Will' and 'Dirty Water' as a member of Rock & Hyde

Why he might be annoying:

    He was seen as being the silent guy to both the Payolas and Rock & Hyde.
    Despite producing Metallica's albums for 16 years, he had his affiliation with the group terminated.
    He was featured in the Metallica documentary 'Some Kind of Monster.'
    Many music fans outside of Canada are unfamiliar with his work with both the Payolas and Rock & Hyde.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He literally lived up to his surname by producing many successful albums in the genre.
    He was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame (2007).
    He produced succesful albums for the likes of Metallica, Bon Jovi and Michael Buble amongst others.
    He was friends with Paul Hyde during his teenage years, before the two branched out into music stardom.
    He and Paul Hyde came up with the title to the 1985 Canadian charity single 'Tears Are Not Enough.'
