    (October 1945- )
    Born in Canada
    Canadian inventor and fringe scientist
Claims to have invented anti-gravity devices, perpetual motion machines, and discovered new energy sources
He has absolutely no qualifications as a scientist whatsoever.
Neither he, nor anyone else, can repeat his results in a controlled scientific environment.
Like many others in his field, he claims his work is based on the works of Nikola Tesla.
He claims his lab has been attacked and destroyed on at least a couple of occasions by government forces.
He lives like a pack rat and has been forced by his city to clean up his apartment. Naturally, he claims it was part of the plot against him.
He charges $100 dollars for a tape of his devices in action.
He calls the force (which he can't explain or define) that make his devices work 'The Hutchinson Effect.'
He's made credible claims that he has demonstrated his devices for the U.S. and Canadian military, major corporations, and various intelligence agencies.
He is well-liked and even considered a hero by some in the fringe science community.
He has been featured on The Learning Channel, The Discovery Channel, The National Geographic Channel, and Japanese television.
He's anti-violence and claims that part of the conspiracy against him is due to his refusal to allow his inventions (whatever they are) to be used as weapons.
