His name is synonymous with debauchery and cruelty.

He executed his friends and supporters for no reason.
He turned his palace into a brothel.
He believed he was a god and had temples built in his own honor.
He dressed his horse in fancy clothes and made it a Roman senator.
He raised taxes to pay for his drunken orgies.
He was bald and hairy (picture Ed Asner in a toga).
He had sex with one of his horses.
Why he might not be annoying
There was never a dull moment as long as he was on the throne.
His crazed rule makes the Nixon and Clinton administrations appear normal.
Bob Guccione made a mediocre porno flick based on his life.
He suffered from epilepsy.
Some think he pretended to be crazier than he really was.
He was stabbed to death (41 AD).
