She was the swing vote that awarded the gold medal to Yelena Berezhnaya and Anton Sukharulidze (Russia) rather than Jamie Sale and David Pelletier (Canada).
IOC President Jacques Rogge urged a speedy investigation into allegations that she conspired with several Eastern European countries and Russia.
It is believed she traded favorable votes with the Russians.
Head of the French olympic team, Didier Gailhaguet, described her as a fragile woman who might have been manipulated and pressured.

She has the credentials to judge at the highest level of pairs figure skating.
She claims that the president of the French federation put enormous pressure on her to vote in favor of the Russians.
