Religious Figure
    (April 6, 1926-September 12, 2014)
    Born in Armagh, United Kingdom
British protestant minister, well known for his hatred of the Catholic Church, the Pope, and the native peoples of Ireland
    He's a politician.
He refers to the Pope, (whoever it happens to be at the time), as the Antichrist and when Pope John Paul II was visiting England in 1988, held up a sign at one of his appearances reading simply ANTICHRIST!
He protested when England lowered its flags upon the death of Pope John XXIII.
He supports England's continued occupation of northern Ireland and is opposed to equal political rights for the native Irish.
As a young Presbyterian clergyman, he left his denomination and started his own when his church canceled his 'revival' to have a dance.
He supported Slobodan Milosevich and his reign of terror because, you guessed it, the Catholic Church was opposed to it.
He has supported Protestant on Catholic violence in northern Ireland and was a supporter of Billy Wright, a mass murderer of Catholics.
He never made any organized attempt to feed the hungry or clothe the naked, like you know Jesus said to in the Bible.
Ironically, many of his religious positions on subjects such as the Trinity, the divinity of Christ, sexuality and abortion were identical to those of the Catholic Church he hates.
He's very bright, well-educated and obviously an excellent leader, orator and administrator.
As of 2010, he is the oldest Member of Parliament ever.
When Pope John Paul II died, he wrote an open letter of condolence to Catholics.
He didn't compromise his beliefs no matter how unpopular they were with others.
Unlike many clergy, he was never involved in any type of sexual or financial scandal.
