Why he might be annoying:

He along with Kwame Jackson had not won a single challenge in the first six events.
He said 'PHD, MBA, BA, to me it's all BS. Street smarts are where it's at.'
He takes exceptional pride that he has succeeded without the benefit of higher education.
He is a suck up, saying Donald Trump is his professional hero.
He sees himself as a Robin Hood.
He led the team in the pedicab task and they failed.
He uses expressions like 'We were looking up the ass of a dead dog with fleas.'
Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth told Bill Rancic that he was useless.
His ethics were called into play when he got Kwame Jackson to act like a celebrity to autograph merchandise in the Planet Hollywood task.
He was project manager (team leader) for the real estate task. He and opposition leader Katrina Campins agreed to write down which property they wanted. When she opened the paper, he wrote: 'I want exactly what you want.' Katrina Campins felt he was unethical and duped her. She said he is 'the most dishonest person.'
Carolyn Kepcher called him an inconsistent leader.
He wears a 'lucky' cowboy hat.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is fluent in sign language for the deaf (his sister is deaf).
His name sounds like an action hero.
He is a product of the northwest living in Alaska, Idaho, Montana and Washington.
By age 27 he owned seven properties.
He believes success is doing things for your family.
He was not happy about the bickering between Heidi Bressler and Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth.
When Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth was fired, he said: 'A weight has lifted off our shoulders.'
When his team was down about their poor showing during the pedicab competition, he decided to just enjoy the experience.
He honestly admitted that the opposition's idea to sell advertising on the pedicabs was pure genius.
Most of the applicants thought he was a good leader and when not leading, he pulled his weight.
When they sold Donald Trump ice water, the team selected him to be the sales closer. Since storage space is at a premium in Manhattan, he came up with the idea to sell large quantities, with partial shipments each week.
On his leadership, his team won the real estate challenge.
Despite losing a task to raise money for charity, the team felt that Troy McClain was the most successful at getting celebrities to make donations.
When the men's team lost to the women's team in the advertising task, the key thing was that the men did not meet with the client. He was the only man to suggest meeting with the client.
He was the first project manager (team leader) for the men.
